Mr. Raymond Tong only performs circumcisions on adults or fully grown teens when is it considered medically necessary.
Therefore, majority of the time circumcision is performed in patient who have
Phimosis or a constriction ring of the foreskin which causes limited or painful retraction of the foreskin over the head of the penis.
This results in painful erection and intercourse. It may also lead to spraying or restriction of urine flow. In the worse case scenario it can lead to recurrent infection of the foreskin (Balanitis) and in the long term penile cancer.
